Plastic Injection Molding
Flex Tools does custom injection moulding using machines with a capacity ranging from 70 tonnes to 160 tonnes. All products manufactured are subjected to strict quality control from the selection of raw materials to final packaging and delivery by management to ensure a customer experience of the highest standard.
PRODUCTS
Flex Tools specialises in manufacturing the following items for the milling industry:
- Synthetic Rubber Balls (17, 21, 27, 32mm) for use in pre cleaners.
- Rotary Tray Floor Cleaners (Triangle) for use in Sifter Boxes.
- 50mm x 75mm (Rough Top) Sieve Cleaner Pads with Steel Button for use in Sieve Frames.
All of these products are of food quality, oil resistant and durable yet soft enough not to damage the boxes.
